From the M1:
- Exit the M1 at Junction 43 onto the M621 towards Leeds.
- Exit the M621 at Junction 3 towards Leeds onto the A653.
- At the roundabout, take the second left-hand exit following the A653 (Meadow Road).
- Pass the Bewley's Hotel on your left.
- After quarter of a mile turn left onto New Station Street.
- Pass Leeds Station and Queens Hotel and follow the one-way system (blue arrows on the map) left onto Wellington Street, then immediately left onto Aire Street.
- Follow Aire Street onto Whitehall Road and take the first left onto Riverside Way.
- We are at the end of the road on the right-hand side.

From the M62:
- Exit the M62 at Junction 27 following signs for the M621.
- Exit the M621 at Junction 3 and follow directions as above
