International Product Manager

Do you possess experience in critical care or point of care sales or product management? Do you have experience in marketing and project management?

We have a rare vacancy for an International Product Manager based in Birmingham, West Midlands. The primary function of this advanced level international marketing role, is to provide communication between various departments and the international management team of the company and, where appropriate the various distributor organisations.

Principle Responsibilities

• As Product Manager, you will modify and circulate materials to the various international stakeholders.
• You shall provide analysis of model mix and sales by geography to support business decisions and provide ownership to the International CRM package.
• You will be expected to identify problems and create solutions.
• You will represent the interests of other international roles by liaising with marketing, regulatory, product development groups and stakeholders.
• Managing processes and functions to ensure the availability of training to new distributors and ongoing training for new product launches etc.
• You will aid the management of new product release hierarchy, the international rollout of software updates and product launch.

Requirements

• Experience in project management is essential.
• You must be able to communicate effectively with those who may not have English as a first language.
• A persuasive personality is required in order to achieve results by personal influence.
• You should have working knowledge of Blood Gas measurements in a clinical environment.
• You must have a clear understanding of the product, therapeutic area, and customer/consumer.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills as well as the ability to manage time effectively.
• A second language, ideally German or Spanish is highly desirable.
