QC Supervisor
We have an excellent opportunity to join an expanding specialist pharmaceutical company as QC Supervisor in raw materials.
The main function of the role is to manage the raw materials laboratory and a team of Analysts. Other responsibilities and duties include:
- Ensuring quality standards GMP and GLP are met within the raw materials department
- Participation of problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring Health and Safety within raw materials
- Management of the raw materials team to achieve objectives concerning Quality, Cost, Safety, Delivery and Business goals
- Trouble shooting and maintenance of HPLC
- Performance management of team members
- Recruitment
Candidates will have experience working in a management or supervisory role at a Pharmaceutical company in Quality. HPLC experience including trouble shooting and maintenance is necessary along with a strong knowledge of GLP, GMP and MHRA requirements. Experience in auditing and microbiology would be advantageous.
