With close to a decade in recruitment and executive search, I specialize in placing C-suite and senior leadership talent while building commercial and scientific/technical teams in In Vitro Diagnostics, Molecular Data, and Precision Medicine Enablement across the USA and Western Europe.
I predominantly partner with private equity and Seed to Series B companies to identify top senior leaders and help them build effective teams that drive growth. This has included placement of Operating Partners, CEOs and CSO's alike, assembling go-to-market teams for pre-commercialization AST companies, building engineering and R&D teams for high-throughput multiplex molecular platforms and rapidly hiring software and AI teams to support molecular platform development.
