Head of Healthcare
As the Head of Healthcare at Kinetica, my primary responsibility has been to establish, develop, and oversee the Healthcare division within the company.
My entire 10 year recruitment career has been devoted to the Healthcare sector. My key areas of expertise lie within UK Elderly Care and US retirement living, but I am also well-versed in recruiting for the Veterinary, Optometry, Audiology, and Mental Health sectors.
I made a conscious decision to specialize in the Elderly Care market due to my profound admiration for healthcare professionals and a deep-rooted desire to make a meaningful impact. My focus extends beyond merely matching candidates with their ideal jobs and clients with the perfect candidates. It centers on placing the right candidate within a service, which can profoundly improve the lives of the cared-for residents and their families. Given the increasing aging population, the Elderly Care market remains an enduring and crucially important sector.
