Customer Service Officer – Stevenage - Electronics
About the Company:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer or Sales Co-ordinator to join a well-established manufacturing company in Hertfordshire. In this customer led environment you will ensure tasks and responsibilities are completed to the highest level.
Responsibilities:
- Administration and management of customer accounts.
- Liaising with operations to determine service/delivery dates.
- Issuing and receipt of surveys.
- Participation in relevant internal and external meetings.
- Issuing quotes, delivery updates and invoices.
- Updating CRM system.
- Reporting.
Requirements:
- Previously experience in a similar role from the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
