Quality Control Chemist – Nottingham – Healthcare
About the Company
A world leading healthcare company is looking for a Quality Control Chemist/Analyst to join its specialist site in Nottingham. With a wide range of benefits and excellent potential for progression, this is a great opportunity for an analyst with HPLC, GC, GMP and QMS experience.
Responsibilities:
- QC testing of products.
- Environmental monitoring.
- Reporting data.
- Ensuring that stock levels within the lab.
- Assisting with audits.
- Assisting with SOPs reviews and updates.
Requirements:
- Experience using HPLC and GC for QC analysis.
- Experience trouble shooting and maintaining HPLC and GC.
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry (ideally sterile).
- Method development and equipment validation is desirable.
- Experience working to/ knowledge of GMP.
- Experience working with quality management systems.
- Degree in relevant scientific subject.
Please note that this role does require shift work, including night shift and early shift.
