SMT Operator – Stevenage – Electronics
About the Company
We are looking for a SMT Operator to join an established electronics company in Stevenage.
Responsibilities
- Keeping surface mount machines running efficiently and in line with schedule.
- Setting up and running SMT paste printers.
- Checking and loading components.
- Operating SMT reflow ovens.
- Conducting visual inspections and working to IPC 610.
- Hand fitting components.
- Maintaining SMT machines.
- Raising quality issues arising from inspections and testing.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar position.
- Good understanding of SMT and electronics manufacturing.
- Excellent communication skills.
