Commission structure
Over the years, we've listened to our people and evolved the company commission structure to reward hard work and commitment. Coupled with this, we offer a competitive base salary, which is above industry average, at all levels.
Well being days
We have a partnership with Health Assured which offers access to their confidential helpline 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We also believe it’s important to take time for yourself, so you're entitled to take 2 wellbeing days each year which can be used at any time, no questions asked.
Finish early Fridays
Above the 25 days annual leave entitlement, plus 8 bank holidays, we encourage all our people to finish at 3.30 pm on a Friday so that they can make the most of their weekend.
Celebrate your birthday
As a way to celebrate another year of you, we give you the whole day off to enjoy however you want and if your birthday falls on a weekend, don't worry you can choose to have either Monday or Friday off instead.
Team days
Every four weeks we come together for our monthly incentive, which involves lunch and team bonding activities, from cookery, bowling, board games, and cocktail making we believe it's important that we take time to enjoy ourselves as a team.
