Over 20 years ago, Rupert and Neil established Kinetica as they wanted to create a company that was focused on delivering an exceptional recruitment service to the Life Science and Medtech Industries. Matt was brought on as a partner and over time as the organisation has grown the leadership team has expanded to include Tom and Kirsty. Together, they are focused on providing an employee centric culture that focuses on its people and the exceptional services they provide.
Over time, we have developed long standing relationships across our Life Science, MedTech and Healthcare sectors, allowing us to utilise our in-depth knowledge of each specialism to successfully fill their unique roles.From our headquarters in Leeds, we partner with clients globally, supporting them to fill roles from bench to boardroom.
