Managing Director
As the Group Managing Director, I hold the responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations and strategic growth plans of both Kinetica and our sister company, Veblen International. My main focus is ensuring a unified approach and alignment of activities across the Life Science, Medical & Healthcare divisions and our wider operations team.
Having been part of Kinetica since its early days, I've earned a reputation for my honest approach and keen insight into understanding what drives individuals. My personal mission is to empower our recruitment consultants to be the best in the business and to lead Kinetica to the ultimate height of success.
Despite my leadership role, I remain actively involved in Life Science recruitment, as well as playing a large role in the learning & development of new team members.
