With over 30 years of experience, my drive and enthusiasm for Life Science, specifically Bio Pharma, has remained the same since the day I started in the industry. I decided to utilise my knowledge and passion to Co-Found Kinetica over 20 years ago, to continue sourcing and placing the best talent for our client’s needs.
I wanted to remain hands-on within the business by working on global assignments to support both start-ups and established businesses with their accelerated growth plans and people strategies.
Within the Bio Pharma sector, I am dedicated to understanding how the future can be shaped by what my clients do, which allows me to supply the necessary resources to future-proof their business.
