Introduction:

I am currently partnered with a rapidly growing fast-paced food manufacturer on a new Product Development Manager position. This role is supporting a growing R&D / Commercialization Team supporting my clients brand new Raw Protein Facility.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading raw protein product development and commercialization

• Develop concepts and prototypes for new products

• Use creative solutions to develop novel prototypes

• Identify partners, equipment and processes

• Lead plant trials, sensory testing, shelf life verification and claim validation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Meat Science, Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, Agricultural Science, or a related life science field.

• Extensive experience with Raw Protein Categories

• Knowledge of the Culinary Arts
