My journey in biochemistry began at Leeds University and later at North Carolina University in the US. With 17 years of experience in recruitment, my focus has always been on delivering a personalised service to both clients and candidates by truly understanding their pain points and listening to their needs.
While I do recruit for permanent positions, I have a reputation for thriving in fast-paced, quick-turnaround contract projects, where I excel in managing a variety of scenarios and roles.
One of my proudest achievements was partnering with a global client in their search for individuals to work on manufacturing the Covid vaccine, which has recently saw me promoted to Associate Director.
Building lasting opportunities and partnerships is what drives me, and I'm committed to ensuring that my clients and candidates feel they are in safe hands throughout the entire process.
