Field Service Technician – Southwest Ireland – Healthcare

About the Company:

We are looking for an experienced science or engineering technician with customer facing and/or driving experience to work for a leading company providing services into the healthcare industry. This role will involve significant travel mainly in Ireland but also when required into the UK and mainland Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to provide safe and effective services into a range of environments including pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Deliver a professional service ensuring alignment to customer expectations and SLA.
• Build strong relationships with clients and manage service delivery requirements.
• Communicate clearly, providing advice and support to integrate services effectively.
• Maintain high-quality output in line with company standards and values.

Requirements:

• A science or engineering background.
• Experience working in a customer facing role or with some client communication.
• A full driving license and ideally with commercial driving experience/ work place travel responsibilities.
• Ability to travel extensively.
• A full in date passport with no restrictions for European travel.
• Flexible, practical, and responsive in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Technically competent with the ability to adapt to new equipment and processes.
• Confident working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach.
• Motivated, reliable, and committed to high standards of service.
