Global Sales & Marketing Director - Europe - Dental Technology

Kinetica are proud to be partnered with an industry leading Dental Technology manufacturer – who are looking for an individual to oversee & direct sales and marketing activities globally during a high growth phase, as the company look to scale over the next 12 months with multiple new product launches.

Responsibilities:

• Develops & executes the commercial strategy for growth – in line with the long term strategic plan.
• Manage a team of 6 global sales managers – to achieve growth and revenue objectives.
• Responsible for large accounts as an individual contributor, to achieve growth and revenue objectives.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with distribution partners and an in-direct reseller network (60+).
• Provide market analysis feedback to Applications, Business Development and Engineering functions to support new product development initiatives.
• Coordinate with peers to drive synergies across other divisions and business units.
• Supporting the implementation and execution of sales tools and training required, including sales training/coaching, product training & systems applications.

Requirements:

• Background in Dental sales, digital dentistry preferred.
• Experience in managing International sales.  
• Prior team leadership and experience in attaining sales targets & goals.  
• Demonstrated ability to identify, execute, and close strategic opportunities.

Location: Remote, Europe

Travel: 50%
