Kinetica are delighted to be working with a Home Care provider, renowned for providing the highest standard of quality care in their search for a Manager to oversee their expansion within the Lewisham and surrounding areas.

Role: Home Care Manager

Location: Based in Lewisham office

Salary: Competitive salary offered dependent on experience, upwards of £35,000.

Responsibilities:

As Home Care manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all aspects of the care services, ensuring a continuous delivery of high quality care, in particular live-in care opportunities.

Key abilities in –

• Conducting assessments of client’s needs, implementing personalised care plans.
• Providing leadership, training and guidance to care staff and recruitment of team of live-in staff.
• Excellent communication skills, giving clear direction and support whilst also listening and addressing any concerns and ideas brought forward.
• Evaluating and monitoring performance and care responsibilities.
• Building positive relationships with clients and families.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Level 5 in Health & Social care.
• Experience managing a similar service.
• Knowledge of live in care services and all regulatory requirements.
