Global Product Manager - Genomic Platforms

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Global Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the commercial success of our genomic platforms globally.
- Develop and implement comprehensive global product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our genomic platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and R&D teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral, including sales tools, product brochures, whitepapers, and case studies, to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and webinars.
- Work closely with regional marketing teams to localize global marketing campaigns and adapt messaging to regional market dynamics.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to track campaign effectiveness, ROI, and market penetration, and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Act as a subject matter expert for our genomic platforms, delivering product training and support to internal teams, external partners, and customers.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to showcase our products and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the life sciences or biotechnology industry, with a focus on genomic technologies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies that drive product adoption and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business objectives and delivering impactful marketing outcomes.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages spoken in Europe (e.g., French, German, Italian) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 25%) for customer meetings, conferences, and events.
