Qaulity and Compliance Executive

About the Company:

We’re looking for a candidate with excellent attention to detail and some knowledge of medical device, FMCG, healthcare or personal care quality to join an expanding organisation at their site in North Yorkshire. This role is to be based onsite 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Support maintenance of the ISO 13485 Quality Management System (QMS)
• Assist with internal audits and external inspections
• Track and maintain CAPA activities and quality records
• Manage controlled documents, specifications, and training logs
• Support supplier quality, change control, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Compile quality metrics and reports for management review
• Provide general support to Quality and Regulatory teams

Requirements:

• Some experience or strong shown interest in quality/compliance (placement or entry-level welcome)
• Basic knowledge of ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 or similar standards
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident with Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication skills
• Exposure to medical devices, pharma, or cosmetics
• Awareness of CAPA, audits, and/or risk management
