Kinetica are delighted to be working with a Nursing home provider, renowned for providing the highest standard of quality care in their search for a Senior Care Assistant for their large Nursing, and Dementia Care Home in Enfield. 

Role: Senior Care Assistant – multiple vacancies available!

Hours: 48 hours p/w contracts available (1 hour paid break included) (other contractual hours can be discussed also)

Salary: £34,944

Role Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join the team in Enfield as they expand their complex care unit. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications & Skills:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Medication trained
• Clear and thorough communication, verbally and written, providing comprehensive care plans.
• Experience working within complex care individuals with use of ventilators & tracheostomy is preferable but not essential, as training can be provided.
