Territory Sales Manager - Dental

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion within Illinois. The TSM will represent the brand with integrity and expertise, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share within the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling, to expand the customer base and increase product adoption.
- Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, KOLs, and influential practitioners within the endodontic community to drive product advocacy and brand awareness.
- Provide product education, training, and support to dental professionals, dental assistants, and office staff to ensure optimal utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales initiatives, address customer needs, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to promote brand visibility, network with key stakeholders, and generate leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM tools and systems.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry guidelines.
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed to meet with customers, attend meetings, and participate in events.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the dental industry, with a focus on endodontics or related products preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
