Create statistical summaries, visualizations, and reports that clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-
Ensure data privacy and compliance with U.S. healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, sharing analytical insights and refining study approaches.
-
Contribute to the evolution of internal data analysis processes by recommending best practices and improved methodologies.
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience working with healthcare datasets (e.g., claims, EHR, clinical trial data), ideally with U.S.-based sources.
-
Degree (or higher) in Data Science, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or a related field.
-
Proficiency in R for statistical analysis (RStudio experience preferred).
-
Familiarity with EDC systems and healthcare data structures.
-
Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
Preferred Skills:
-
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and data anonymization methods.
-
Experience with SQL or additional tools such as Python or SAS.
-
Background in producing RWE deliverables or contributing to published studies.
Why Join?
-
Work remotely from anywhere in the UK in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
-
Contribute to real-world healthcare research that impacts patient care.
-
Join a team passionate about data, healthcare, and innovation.
-
Grow your skills in a role that blends analytics with purpose.
If you're ready to apply your analytical skills to meaningful healthcare data challenges, we want to hear from you.
