Kinetica is proud to collaborate with a distinguished care home group in their search for a passionate and qualified individual to join their expanding team as a Residential Care Home Manager, situated in Kent. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of their care home group while upholding the highest standards of service excellence.

Role Overview: As the Care Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational management of the residential care home and will demonstrate key strengths in the following areas of responsibilities -

• Vast knowledge of CQC guidelines, action planning, risk management and implementing best practises throughout the home
• Effective recruitment & retention processes, leading and supporting staff and addressing their development/training needs.
• Strong business acumen in pursuing new opportunities to contribute to commercial growth of home.
• Able to effectively communicate and build relationships with local authorities, staff, residents and families.

Requirements

• Hold an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent qualification
• Experience as a CQC registered home manager, with a proven track record of results.
• Serves as a role model, leading by example and promoting the company values and good practices.
