The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our expanding portfolio of spatial genomics solutions. This includes recently integrated platforms supporting high-resolution tissue mapping and next-generation sequencing (NGS) workflows. You will drive product strategy and lifecycle management, partner cross-functionally with key internal teams, and serve as a customer advocate and market expert in the spatial genomics space.
This is a high-impact role ideal for an experienced product manager with a strong background in spatial genomics and NGS applications, looking to shape a growing product line in a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of spatial genomics products from development through commercialization.

Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and tactical marketing plans to grow product adoption and revenue.

Lead execution of outbound marketing programs such as webinars, digital advertising, email campaigns, and customer engagement.

Collaborate with R&D and market strategy teams to define product roadmaps and inform future product innovation.

Create sales enablement tools—presentations, competitive positioning, application notes, testimonials, etc.

Translate customer insights into effective messaging, marketing content, and product enhancements.

Partner with Sales to support training efforts and drive demand generation.

Lead regular product performance reviews and KPI tracking.

Mentor junior product team members and potentially provide direct supervision.
Qualifications:
-
Ph.D. in a biological or life science discipline (Master’s considered with significant relevant experience).

Minimum 3 years of hands-on lab experience in spatial genomics and NGS.

At least 6 years of product management experience in the life sciences industry, ideally with spatial technologies.

Demonstrated success managing complex product portfolios and delivering commercial results.

Strong communication and storytelling abilities with both scientific and non-technical audiences.

Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital marketing platforms is a plus.

Ability to operate independently and drive projects from concept to execution.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary range: $165,000 – $175,000
