Head of Specialist Services - UK - Healthcare

Kinetica are looking to recruit a Head of Clinical Services for an established home care provider who are looking to expand further in Hampshire, Surrey & Sussex.

Overview and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Director of Nursing, this role involves managing the Specialist Services Team, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include developing services, maintaining operational performance, and fostering positive professional relationships. Key duties include identifying new service lines, ensuring safety in community support packages, and implementing crisis management plans.

The ideal candidate would have strengths and qualifications in the following areas –

• Good understanding of CQC to provide clinical governance, compliance, safeguarding and quality assurance to the service
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport and relationships both internally and externally.
• Specialist knowledge as an RMN/RNLD with experience in complex care
• Level 5 leadership and management would be desirable
• Ability to recruit and develop/mentor staff
• Strong leadership skills, providing guidance and being actively involved, leading by example.
